After a few less-than-stellar vintages, the need to keep One Woman Winery afloat led to the creation of North Fork Spirits, a company with a passion for creating amazing drinks using local ingredients. What do you do when life provides you grapes that are less than stellar? Produce grappa!

The founder of North Fork Spirits, Gabriella Purita, was inspired by her father, Frank, and her maternal grandfather’s love of all the genuinely great spirits produced around the globe. Gabriella discovered a fascination for experimenting with modest recipes to produce one-of-a-kind and exquisite spirits after distilling a grappa to keep the business operating. If our ingredients, such as bourbon, grappa, and amaro, are not grown on our farm, we get them from all around New York State.
