Hephzibah Organic Farm is a family-owned, certified organic farm located in Riverhead, Long Island, New York. The farm offers a diverse range of organically grown produce, including mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, lion’s mane), vegetables (bok choy, lettuce, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, snow peas, celery, chives, sweet corn, eggplant, green peppers), fruits (cucumbers, bottle gourds, zucchinis, pumpkins, watermelons, pears, dates), and microgreens (soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, pea sprouts). In addition to produce, the farm raises free-range animals such as chickens, ducks, and goats, providing fresh eggs and meats. Hephzibah also offers prepared foods like ginger duck and beef mushroom dumplings.
Beyond farming, Hephzibah Organic Farm serves as a community hub, hosting various events including weddings, birthday parties, concerts, light shows, family gatherings, corporate team-building activities, church fellowships, camping trips, and campfires. The farm’s Summer Camping Program offers outdoor survival training for youth. With three large studios, visitors can engage in activities like painting, handicrafts, and pottery. The farm can accommodate up to 150 people per event.
