In August 2013, the Montauk Distilling Company was established. On the north fork of Long Island, near Riverhead, New York, there is a distillery. We make everything by hand, distill it, and bottle it in small quantities for a unique flavor. Here, our creatives and businesspeople follow their dreams without planning for regret. We might not be anywhere else. You can watch how modern spirits are made inside Montauk Distilling, from seed to sip. The easy friendliness of our tasting room and event space completes the experience because these spirits don’t come to life until they’re shared.
