The lone distillery in Nassau County is Old Spirit Distillery, which is situated in the lovely hamlet of Oceanside, New York. Old Spirit, a company that was founded in 2017, makes vodka, bourbon, brandy, and moonshine. We use maize from farms in the state of New York and are certified organic and kosher. We employ cutting-edge machinery for everything from our milling machines and cookers to the distillery kettles and filtration systems. However, despite all of the cutting-edge technology, our method still involves people. Every stage of production is carefully watched, and our equipment is calibrated to produce the highest quality.
