Profile
Patty’s Berries & Bunches is a cherished, female-owned farm stand located on Long Island’s North Fork in Mattituck. Established in 1975 as Harbes Berry Farm, it was rebranded in 2010 by owner Patty DiVello, a member of the Harbes family who grew up just across the street.
The farm offers a delightful U-pick experience, allowing visitors to harvest strawberries and sugar snap peas in June; blueberries and raspberries in July; blackberries, blueberries, and some raspberries in August; and pumpkins in September and October.
Beyond berries, Patty’s features vibrant flower fields with seasonal blooms such as peonies, larkspur, lilies, cornflowers, snapdragons, sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, and gladiolus. These flowers are available for purchase and can be customized for weddings and events.
The farm stand also offers homemade ice cream crafted with farm ingredients, including vegan options, as well as a variety of seasonal produce, baked goods, snacks, honey, jams, cider, and beverages.
Patty’s Berries & Bunches is open daily from June through December, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. It is pet-friendly, though pets are not allowed in the picking rows.
