Briermere Farms

Briermere Farms is a family-owned fruit farm and bakery located in Riverhead, New York. Established in the early 1960s by Gertrude and Leonard McCombe, the farm has become renowned for its homemade pies, jams, and jellies, many of which are made from fruits grown on their 200-acre property.

Farm and Bakery

The farm cultivates a variety of fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, apples, and plums. These fruits are used in their baked goods, which are made from scratch without pre-prepared ingredients. The bakery offers a selection of pies, breads, muffins, cookies, and cakes.

Briermere Farms is particularly famous for its cream pies, such as the peach cream and blueberry cream pies. These pies feature a flaky crust filled with a mixture of heavy cream, cream cheese, and sugar, topped with freshly peeled and sliced fruits.
