How did your class action suit workout?

Completely agree with the poster above about Dr. Francine Fradella -- when I lived in No Massapequa I went to her a few times when I was TTC. Exactly as described -- cold, unprofessional, made you wait even when no one else was in the office. She was more concerned with her skin care practice and selling real estate with her father than her OB/GYN. Oh, and when I had some concerens about not getting pregnant, her exact response was "Well, what do you want me to tell you?"

Hi, we are offering nice-sized 1 BR n a 2BR nice apt. with upgraded kitchen, dishwasher. Electric, gas, water, heat and local phone are included! The apt is at 181st and Pinehurst in the heart of Hudson Heights in Manhattan, right next to shopping and 1 block from the park. Right next to A and 1 trains.
This is a special situation as my wife and I are opening a daycare in the apartment. The other bedroom and livingroom will be used for a small, licensed daycare.

We seek a responsible non-smoker to live there for the duration of our lease until September 30, 2010. According to heath dept. rules anyone who lives there must be willing to have a criminal background check, fingerprints and medical check-up (we would pay for that of course.)
We also are looking for a full-time assistant when our business gets off the ground. Who knows, maybe you'd like to both live and work there!

In return, we offer a nice bedroom in a great apartment at a good price that will be unoccupied most nights and weekends AND electric, gas, heat, hot water and local phone included for only $625! AND, if you move in before January 1 we will knock off $200 from the first month's rent!

I have heard Good Smaritan is not a good hospital is this true?
I know Huntington Hospital lacks a ICU for newborns and my stay for a C-section was uncomfortable becuase the nurses lacked bedside manners.
Any advise?

Dr. Robert Schwartz no longer delivers babies. I had followed her from South Bay Ob-Gyn thinking she seemed very caring during a phone call before she left there. The office staff recommended her. I wouldn't recommend her. I had 2 miscarriages while seeing her when I was 39-40 years old. After the 1st miscarriage she ordered some blood tests. She told me she couldn't find any thing wrong with me and that she knew I could get pregnant again. After the 2nd miscarriage the week of Thanksgiving I guess she was trying to make me feel better and made a stupid comment about at least being able to have a drink on Thanksgiving.

I gave up any hope of having another baby after my experience with her. I'd been to too many Ob-Gyn's and had bad experiences with regular care.
