The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems while ensuring maximum production quality and quantity. Responsibilities: • Review the operation of plant equipment and systems on a daily basis, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate with management team to ensure production demands are met, quality standards maintained and a safe environment provided. • Initiate, implement, and supervise the plant maintenance program with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive maintenance. • Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. • Maintain supply and inventory of materials and spare-parts as needed to insure uninterrupted or minimum downtime equipment operations. Maintain appropriate inventory logs and controls. • Supervise plant maintenance personnel. Plan, assign, and direct work; train and coach employees; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems. • Communicate regularly with all maintenance mechanics, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues. • Related and similar duties as assigned

The GM creates a safe and cool environment for students to achieve their musical and creative potential and insures that as many kids as possible have the opportunity to experience the magic that is School of Rock. In order to deliver on this mission, the GM achieves enrollment, revenue and profit goals of the business, managing all aspects of hiring and managing staff, financial operations, marketing and customer service with the goal of delighting customers and maximizing retention of students. Show Production Management -Manage and communicate rehearsal schedule. -Oversee all aspects of the show insuring it is properly staffed, concession stocked, merchandise and promotional material displayed, performers supervised and ticket booth cash controlled.
