Maintain appropriate inventory logs and controls. • Supervise plant maintenance personnel. Plan, assign, and direct work; train and coach employees; appraise performance; address complaints and resolve problems. • Communicate regularly with all maintenance mechanics, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues. • Related and similar duties as assigned
